Private residence of actor, Governor of California and the 40th President of the US.
Long-time residence of Ronald and Nancy Reagan. The residence was constructed for the Reagans in 1956; they resided here until 1981, when they moved to Washington, D.C. following Reagan’s election as the 40th President of the United States. The house was designed by noted architect William R. Stephenson.
